Nimot ("the Service") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data when you use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Authentication: email address, password (hashed via Firebase Authentication), identifiers from Sign in with Apple / Google
  • Profile: display name (username), theme color preference
  • Usage data: scene titles, icons, colors, packing items, memos, check states, published templates, usage counts
  • Community: published template titles, descriptions, author comments, reports
  • Device & logs: IP address, device type, OS version, crash logs
  • Payments: purchase data processed via Apple In-App Purchase (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Notifications: push tokens when you use reminders

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service (scenes, pack mode, community, etc.)
  • Authenticate users, manage accounts, and provide support
  • Prevent abuse and moderate content
  • Manage billing (Apple In-App Purchase)
  • Send push notifications and reminders
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following providers. Data may be shared as needed to operate the Service:

  • Google Firebase (auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)
  • Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store billing)
  • RevenueCat (in-app purchase management)
  • Google (Google Sign-In)

5. Location Data

We do not collect location data.

6. Data Storage

User data is stored on Firebase while your account is active for as long as needed to provide the Service.

You can delete your account from Settings. Scenes, items, and profile data will be removed. Published templates may remain attributed to a deleted user to protect users who cloned them.

8. Minors

The Service is not intended for users under 16. Do not use the Service without parental consent if you are under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app where appropriate.
