Nimot

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-13

1. Overview

Nimot ("the Service") helps you build and manage scene-based packing lists, use pack mode to check items, and share or clone community templates.

The Service is provided as an iOS app. Free and Pro plans are offered; limits and features are shown in the app and on the upgrade screen.

2. Eligibility

You must agree to these Terms and register with accurate information. Activity through your account is treated as your own.

3. Fees & Billing

The Free plan is available at no charge.

Pro is a paid plan. The iOS app uses Apple In-App Purchase (e.g. lifetime $4.99 incl. tax). Display prices include tax.

Purchases and cancellations on iOS follow Apple's terms and App Store settings.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Violate laws or public order
  • Impersonate others or register false information
  • Publish community templates that infringe third-party rights
  • Post spam, excessive promotion, or offensive content
  • Infringe the Service or third-party rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access, overload the Service, or scrape data
  • Otherwise interfere with operation of the Service

5. Content Rights

You retain rights to scenes and items you create. By publishing a community template, you grant the Service permission to display and allow others to clone it on the platform.

UI, branding, and software of the Service remain our property.

6. Changes & Interruption

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice. We will try to communicate material changes reasonably.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of packing lists. Final verification is your responsibility.

Community templates are provided by their authors; we are not responsible for their content.

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Settings at any time. Your scenes and items will be removed. Treatment of published templates is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot be undone.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

10. Contact

For questions about these Terms, use the in-app Contact screen or email contact@narudev.works.
